Currently, all New Zealand orders except for some bulky items are shipped through CourierPost.

Ok, so you’ve grabbed yourself a bargain and the anticipation is killing you – when are you going to get it? We’re going to let you know how things are going with your order every step of the way. The first you’ll hear from us is when you’ve completed your order – we will send you an e-mail straight away to confirm that we’ve got it and processing will start pretty much immediately.

We do our best to dispatch all orders received before 4pm the same day but due to the popular nature of our sales, please allow 1 – 2 working days for processing. We will email you again once we’ve got your order ready to go with our couriers and will send you the track and trace details (note – hitting refresh on the CourierPost website will not make your order arrive any faster – have a little patience!). From this point most of our orders are received within 1 – 2 days but please allow additional time for some South Island and rural addresses. Note: Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
